Investigation is a powerful tool and only a phone call or an e-mail away.
As our client, you have full control over the investigation. We will compile all necessary information and present it to you in Five Total Phases. These include what steps should be taken next based on available evidence as well as any updates or changes about an ongoing situation during this time period.
The primary phases can be found in the section below. And remember, all of our investigations and information on clients and cases are strictly confidential.
From Start to Finished – What You can Expect
In order to take on a case, we need the full identity of our client and all information relevant to the case. We will ask for facts in order to evaluate what information is available and what evidence is needed.
We reserve the right to reject a case based on an individual assessment by our team. All our investigations are legal and we reject cases based on purposes of seeking revenge or similar motives.
Our private investigators present a proposed strategy and methods for the investigation, which we will discuss in detail. Subsequently, an agreement for the investigation and data processing will be signed. This will guarantee full discretion and full access to the information and evidence obtained during the investigation.
In small cases, or if urgent action is needed, a signed contract will not be required prior to starting an investigation. However, we will reserve the right to obtain payment for the investigation prior to accepting a case
During the investigation, we get back to you with status updates. An investigation is a dynamic process and we continually evaluate evidence and results as they arise. With the guidance from our professional detectives and private investigators you, as the client, have full transparency and control of the investigation.
In concluding the investigation, we complete a detailed report with corresponding documentation and evidence. Our reports and evidence can be used directly in solving the case or can be presented by a lawyer as evidence in court.
All reports are subject to internal quality assessment before we hand them over to our clients.
In concluding the case, we have an evaluation within our investigative team and with you as the client.
We always strive to provide the best results and guidance to solve the challenges and issues that are brought to us by our clients.
