CIS Gruppen and our Investigative Team
Numerous investigators from Copenhagen, South Sealand, and the Jutland area are covering all of Denmark and providing consultation in special cases. Our team includes two IT-experts, multiple consultants with police background, and/or background from the military and special forces, and a network of specialists with corporate and academic backgrounds, including MSc degrees in psychology and finance.
All of our private investigators have participated in theoretical and practical training and have signed an agreement affirming their unending commitment to confidentiality. A clean criminal record is also required to be considered for the team.
Together, our team of investigators help you solve the issue at hand, locating evidence and bringing assurance to you as the client.
Mrs. Ulla Vang Christensen
Founder and Managing Director
U. Christensen has worked in the corporate sector with general research and investigations. She has a M.A. in media and communications studies from Aarhus University, Denmark and Brunel University, London. Her responsibilities include managing investigations and liaising with a strong international network. She is also a guest lecturer at The University of Southern Denmark in fraud and crime.
Mr. Thorbjorn K. Nielsen
COO and Leading Investigator
Thorbjorn K. Nielsen has a background from the Danish police force, where he has served in several departments. He has worked on various case types ranging from organised drug trafficking and counterfeit goods to financial crime. Following a career in the police, he has worked for a large construction company in the corporate sector and also the Municipality of Copenhagen. In these positions, he has gained additional expertise in background checks, due diligence, combating social dumping, uncovering biker/gang affiliations, and money laundering.
Mr. Frank S.
Special consultant and leading investigator
Frank S. has worked with the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (in Danish PET) and has broad investigative experience. He is specially trained in surveillance and undercover observations and has worked on criminal and non-criminal investigations for the police, public, and private sectors.
We free our clients’ resources by eliminating uncertainty and providing evidence through highly skilled investigation.
